The Orion Orphanage

The Orion Orphanage is a building that houses children of lesser fortune. It houses them and provides aid to the cities' homeless. It is run by its caretaker Rigel Talus.

The orphanage is a quaint two story brick building with a tiled roof. Its windows are barred with small planters hanging from them. Its entrance is a large wooden double door framed by a red doorway.

Upon entry, a large set of stairs to the left of the foyer greets you. To the right, a sitting area among the bay windows and an opening into the school room. Further down the hall, another opening to the school room on the right of the hall. To the left, under the stairs, there is another smaller door leading to a maintenance closet. At the end of the hall is the kitchen and dining room.

Up the stairs, a hall runs perpendicular to the stairwell. A door at the top of the stairs in this hallway leads to the bedroom of the Orphanage's keeper, Rigel Talus. To the right, a banister wraps around the hallway, leading to the children's bedroom. Two separate doors lead to the children's bunks.

In the maintenance closet, a rug covers a trapdoor with a ladder leading to a space below the orphanage where the Veltian Flame is hosted. It mirrors the space described above however carved from stone and religiously decorated.
