The Heart Gang
The Heart Gang is a criminal organization on Veltia. They are the children of slaves imported to Veltia for work. Their parents saved up enough of their slave wages to buy them freedom. They formed a gang to survive on the streets, and plot to free their parents from slavery. A small setback to this plan, was the bifurcation of the gang into the Left and Right heart gangs. This split was a result of a disagreement between the current heads of the Left and Right heart gangs, Tommy and Taylor heart.
The disagreement was over who would show up for negotiating a fake ceasefire with Captain Bartholomeow Courageous of the Captain Courageous.
