The Heartouts

The heart gang hide out in the sewers of Veltia beneath the Astendars estate. When the split happened, the Right Heart gang, lead by Tommy Heart, relocated to the right wing of the Astendar sewer. They took over the the Astendar sewers because they were excluded from the remodeling that Veltia did to its sewer system, leaving it secluded and free of excrement. The spacious Astendar sewers were repurposed as a hideout for the heart gang.

The left Heart hideout is in a large empty reservoir that once was used like a large septic tank. It has since been turned into a hideout, with bedrolls, cots, maps, crates and barrels littering the space. Against the wall, there is a long table with plans and heist schematics drawn in crayon.

The right Heart hideout is in a large aqueduct that once drained into the sewer main. It has since been walled off with the arrival of the new Veltian sewer renovations. It is significantly shabbier than the left Heart hideout, but it has far more sophisticated plans and heist schematics written in pencil. Upon closer inspection, you can see many faded lines on the papers, where it was erased and redrawn.
