Bingo
Bingo takes place on the first floor of the former Library of Seiddvari the Magical College. It's walls stretch up three floors, with two levels of walkways along the walls. Rolling Ladders are scattered among the many shelves of books on the bottom floor.
Upon entering, there is a small room lined with cork bulletin boards plastered with advertisements for other rooms of the casino. A wooden desk crowded with what can be determined to be old library supplies stands facing the doorway. Green shaded bankers lamps, binders, holders for pencils and pens, a desk bell, etc. Behind the desk, there is a small Magidrone with glasses. It is wearing a cozy blue sweater with a white collared shirt peeking out from underneath. It silently extends bingo sheets to visitors, cocking its head in anticipation of their acceptance. If asked a question, it tries to imply with body language that the sheet should be accepted and taken around either end of the desk.
On either end of the desk is a small opening leading out of the room. Exiting the room, you emerge into an enormous rectangular space boxed in by massive bookshelves. Looking up, there are two stories visible above, comprised of walkways around the edge of the tall cases. Before you is a large area of the floor occupied by many sets of tables and chairs. In the center of this space is a circular desk with a grey-topped Magidrone calling out letters and numbers in a frail voice. People seated at these various tables hang on every word, filling in their bingo sheets accordingly.
Across the room, the large space ended in a legion of bookcases, one after another filling the space. People dip in and out of the rows of shelves, searching for books.
Sitting alone at one of the tables is a young boy half focusing on bingo, half staring around the room. When he sees you, he smirks and gives a casual waving gesture, almost like a salute. (Upon a successful insight roll, you can tell he is trying to come off as cool but is just a little weird with a lot of confidence). He beckons you over, patting the seat next to him, asking as you approach, "What's up gang?" He introduces himself as Ty, saying, "I know my way around these parts. The whole casino is pretty much my stomping grounds. Except places I don't wanna go of course." He smirks and asks the party if they have any questions while they play bingo, only pausing to let the old lady at the table next to them (Betty) know she is looking lovely this evening with a wink.
Luck > 80
A man at the table next to the party suddenly gets up to leave, exclaiming quietly that he has to get to the martini bar in the Poker lounge for a few hands with his friends. Looking over at his sheet, he practically has bingo already and the number that was just called gave it to him. His board is unattended and it would be a waste, so the party can fill out the final square and call it, making them the winner.
In the bingo room, the party can play... bingo. They can do this almost absentmindedly while searching the library for anything other than bingo. While in the bingo room, the players choose any five numbers. The DM rolls a d100 and if any of the five numbers are rolled, the party gets 100 chips as a reward for doing nothing, but winning bingo.
