Quercaya
Found in the Whisper Wood near Dunkelgrun East, Quercaya had been imprisoned by the Hag Grannie Rowena. Forced to bend himself over and become the backbone of her cottage, Quercaya had been tortured by Grannie Rowena for decades. Though it seems Quercaya had been kept in a sort of fugue state during this time, he had a basic understanding of the things she had done and her habits, though he lacked knowledge of details.
Once Grannie Rowena had been defeated, Quercaya released the Sprite Rhubarb Brightwing from a jar in which Grannie Rowena had trapped her. Quercaya also gave Grannie Rowena's ledger to The LightBringers as he set about destroying the remains of her cottage.
Since Grannie Rowena is gone, Quercaya has pledged to bring the Whisper wood back to the natural state it should be and to look to the safety of the people of Dunkelgrun East, at least so far as any threats coming from the nearby woods.
