Garven Shturm
Garven Shturm is a Sergeant in the Esterreach Sentinels Rangers. Shturm has been given responsibility for putting together the timelines and resources for several missions beyond the wall. He clearly has some experience with The Unclaimed Lands, coordinating troops and working with mercenaries.
Shturm tends to be results oriented, putting his personal tastes behiond the needs of the mission at hand.
Shturm seems to largely work out of a barracks and command post just northwest of Sentinel Square. He can also commonly be seen at the Officer's Mess tavern in Steinwark.
