Known as creeping fungi, these mushrooms grow deep underground in the caverns of Egoni. They have drooping bell like flowers that grow on either side of the large crown that shields the inner portion of the mushroom from the drips of water. The bell-like flowers are feelings that drift along the bottom of caves or within the waters of an underground lake and feed on bacteria and moss and other fungi. The pheromones of the fungi are a lethal poison to humanity. The mushrooms tend to dangle either from walls, stalactites or ceilings, and passing through the fronds are unsettling, as the bell-like flowers may creep over one's skin, but the only way the poison can enter the body is if exposed skin is touched by the inner portion of the flowers. This is why not having exposed skin underground is often recommended.
