Apart is a group within the shadow. has a lot of other groups doing the work for them. its controls and uses group and other people to get what Khi want. the people who are in the know have ether worship him as the god will himself or promises something to make do whatever they want. so this has no moral and will get the job done but it makes sure to keep its secrets it has world history more than even the elf.
