The main obstacle between the Tatsshian Empire and its ambitions is its lack of magical Relics , which the other countries on the neighboring continent have in abundance. Thus, the Imperial Procurator position was established to retrieve as many relics as possible to add to the Imperial Armory.

The Procurator needs to be able to manage vast networks that are seeking out new relics or preparing to acquire discovered ones. These included informants, spies, and enforcers across the various countries.
Tradecraft and Counter-Surveillance
There are a litany of ways to discover the locations of various relics and how to properly acquire them if the owners are not willing to give them up.

The Procurator devises and oversees complex operations from start to finish.

To mitigate any potential threats to the empire by the relics owned by other states or by the actions of the Procurator.
