Vaelren Dastil
The port city of Talburg's temporal and spiritual leader, and the governor of its surrounding region, Vaelren Dastil is well-known for her easy going and approachable nature. She keeps careful watch over her charge, but crime and danger is almost unheard of in Talburg, thanks to the presence of the Aethel Navy.
