Hazemi Jadeheart
Hazemi Jadeheart is a proud figure of dwarven regality. Broad-shouldered, with a long beard braided in gold-threaded strands. His deep-set eyes are a burnished amber, and his skin bears the tone of weathered stone. Adorned in ceremonial armor etched with ancestral runes and trimmed in emerald, he carries a jewel-headed warhammer passed down through generations.
Hazemi hails from the Stoneblood Line, one of the oldest noble families of dwarves anywhere on Iroth. Crowned at age 172 after the death of his father, Hazemi quickly proved himself a unifier of fractured clans and a shrewd negotiator in foreign affairs. He strengthened relations with neighboring realms (particularly the Tanarian Empire and Wescovia) while reinforcing the ancient tunnels and fortresses that keep the dwarves safe.
His reign has seen renewed investment in deep-mining efforts, runic forges, and the Great Scholar Halls of Hemtrim. Hazemi has also overseen cautious re-engagement with the other nations of the world, believing isolation to be a slow death. Still, many among the old guard whisper doubts about his vision, and there are signs of brewing dissent among the more insular holds.
