Hadah
Located in the Northern Hills, Hadah has some of Sulkara’s oldest fire temples, with large open-air braziers and sand-carved amphitheaters. Like Boyaca, it is a vitally important agricultural center, providing food and raw materials to the south.
Demographics
The majority of the population in Hadah is made up of fire genasi, followed by minority populations of humans, halflings, and a small community of earth genasi.
Hadah is known for its intercultural farming communes, with ancestral genasi techniques blending with halfling crop wisdom and human mechanical innovation.

Government
Hadah is governed by two leaders, a Wazir appointed by the royal court in Mayakesh, and a People's Steward elected every 10 years by representatives from the major farming cooperatives who oversees the agricultural policies of the city. Currently, the People's Steward is the same person as the Wazir, which is unusual but not unheard of.
Defences
Hadah maintains a regional militia, about 800 strong, organized around its irrigation routes and graneries. Most of the militia are trained workers who serve part-time, using polearms and fire-treated weapons to protect against raiders and firecats.
Industry & Trade
The city's lifeblood is agriculture. Hadah exports grains, legumes, spiced root vegetables, and fire-resistant fruits like embermelon and sunfig. Many of Sulkara's healing tinctures and resilience brews originate in Hadah's farms and distilleries.
Famous for its ancient and intricate canal systems, Hadah produces skilled geomancers.
