Bamud Hariri
Harbormaster of Sularus, the brass dragonborn Bamud Hariri has been in or around the waters of Vaaskyr for most of his life. He is a mostly benevolent leader of his region, except for the plague of smugglers and scavengers that come into his port, whom he punishes severely and publicly.
