Sky Domain

The Sky Domain is the providence of gods who rule over the open heavens and the creatures that soar through them. Their clerics are raptor-eyed hunters, wardens of mountain peaks, and guardians of all that flies beneath the sun. These deities are worshiped by falconers, nomads of the high plateaus, and warriors who revere the wind as a path to freedom and vantage. Their power lies not in the air itself, but in the predators and guardians that command the vast skies.   Followers of the Sky Domain are often partnered with birds of prey, winged beasts, or even dragons. They see the world as a hunting ground and sanctuary both, and their gods teach vigilance, swiftness, and dominance from above. Many such clerics adopt totemic practices, wearing feathers or talons as marks of their faith, and some undergo sacred rites to awaken the predatory instincts of hawks and eagles within themselves.

Predator’s Grace

1st-Level Cleric (Sky Domain) Feature   Your body takes on the poise and perception of a skyborne hunter. Your land speed increases by 5 feet, and you gain proficiency in the Perception skill. If you have a Fly speed, that speed also increases by 5 feet.   Additionally, when you are falling, you can slow your descent, treating the fall as if it were 5 feet shorter per cleric level you possess. When reduced to 0 feet, you land lightly and take no damage.

Channel Divinity: Call of the Hunt

2nd-Level Cleric (Sky Domain) Feature   You unleash a piercing cry that calls the power of the skies to your side. As an action, you present your holy symbol and a spectral raptor appears in an unoccupied space within 30 feet of you. It uses the statistics of a Giant Eagle but is ghostly in appearance, deals force damage with its attacks, and vanishes after 1 minute, when reduced to 0 hit points, or when you are Incapacitated. You can use a bonus action on your turn to command it to attack a creature, but it otherwise uses the Dodge action. It shares your space in initiative and goes immediately after you. The eagle is resistant to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage.

Wings of Vigilance

6th-Level Cleric (Sky Domain) Feature   Your bond with the open skies deepens, allowing you to sense the movement of air and wing alike. While falling, you can glide 20 feet horizontally for every 5 feet you fall vertically. In addition, flying creatures regard you as kin to the skies. You have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and Wisdom (Animal Handling) checks made to influence Animals and Magical Beasts with a natural Fly speed, and you can Speak with Animals at-will, but only to comunicate with Animals with a natural Fly speed.

Divine Strike

8th-Level Cleric (Sky Domain) Feature   You gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 slashing damage to the target, as razor-edged winds and talons manifest. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.

Master of the Open Sky

17th-Level Cleric (Sky Domain) Feature   You embody the dominion of the endless heavens. You gain a fly speed equal to twice your land speed, and creatures of your choice within 30 of you feet have advantage on saving throws against being knocked Prone or Restrained.   Additionally, when you or a flying creature of your choice within 30 feet of you is targeted by an attack, you can use your reaction to impose Disadvantage on the attack roll.
