Extinguish All Hope
5th Edition
Your voice becomes the cold decree of the gods: all who live without divinity shall perish. You attempt to blank out the hopes and dreams of your targets, locking them from achieving what they yearn for. Each creature you can see in range must make a Charisma saving throw, taking 9d12 necrotic damage, being knocked Prone, and being unable to cast spells or make more than one attack per turn on a failure, or half as much damage and being knocked Prone on a success. Veilspawned creatures and creatures that fall under the allowed alignments of your deity have advantage on the saving throw.
At the end of each of the targets’ turns, they may repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
As a bonus action, you can end this effect on one creature you can see in range.
