Elarion includes the following Nation-States and Independent Communities:
This world has been in use since approximately 1987. I am slowly entering articles from my notes (both physical and digital) as time permits. Sometimes I will enter things that occured in game decades ago...other times I will enter something that I've only just created and have yet to introduce to my players.
Maybe, if I continue this long enough, I'll have a viable resource other than my stacks of notes in various places.
Time will tell!
