Gravebluff
Located halfway on The Lonely Road and at least 4 miles from the nearest settlement, Gravebluff has a front row seat to the nightly ghost appartitions at the Tower of Ghosts and a regular occurance of tumbleweeds. The small town has a reputation for a gathering place of those drawn to the strange and unexplained phenomenon in the world. Those who choose to live here either don't care about being so close to the prison and value peace and quiet, or live there specifically because of the proximity to the Tower, for their own various reasons.
The town is most known for their Ghost Festival after harvest time, when many of the fields are cleared and one farmer will cut his last crop into a maze for people to walk through.
