Spirit Realm
The Spirit Realm is a plane that is largely coterminous with Norrath. This plane is the domain of the spirits produced by the thoughts and dreams of the mortal denizens of the world. Souls of the dead also wander through the Spirit Realm on their way to Anashti Sul's realm.
Cairns are places where the Spirit Realm and the mortal world bleed together. Shamans can pass between the two worlds and bring others with them.
The moon Drinal is closely linked to the Spirit Realm and is always visible there even when it is not visible from the mortal world.
