Mt. Zeru

The highest peak in the Rathe Mountains is Mt. Zeru. Within its upper slopes lies the cavernous Kromzek citadel of Kael Drakkel. Due to the glaciers and crevasses covering the mountain, the only clear way from the north face to the south face is to pass through Kael Drakkel, which is itself a dangerous prospect to those who do not have good faction with the Kromzek. The north face connects to the Butcherblock Valley and the Kromzek fort there. The south face connects to Highpass.   An external stair cut into the ice of the mountain leads up to the summit where the Kromzek Spell Binders have created a teleportation megalith called the Storm Gate. This gate transforms any who enter it into a bolt of lightning that blasts up to the Storm Gate in the outer bailey of Kael Formir in the Realm of Sky .
