City of the Kromzek storm giants. All players start as KOS in the city. If the PCs call out to Rallos Zek while being accosted by the guards, combat will break, the guards will become dubious, and they will offer the players a quest that will raise their faction to apprehensive.

The Storm Vault: A large chamber in the lowest reaches of the city with an enormous crystal suspended from the ceiling in the center. A hole in the floor opens to the Storm Rift.
