Mayong Mistmoore
Mayong Mistmoore was once an elven noble in the days of the Elddar Empire. After the empire's fall, he turned to necromancy to save himself and his subjects. The result was his transformation into a vampire. Since then, he has striven to manipulate world events to his favor, sending his agents to unearth artifacts of power in hopes of one day ruling Norrath directly.
Level 95 elven vampire. Spawns in the Lord's Chamber of Castle Mistmoore.
