Mirage now uses her skills to protect the innocent and combat threats as a valued member of the Global Defense Network.   BACKSTORY Lila was born and raised in Eclipse City, a place where the extraordinary was part of everyday life. Her mother, Mei Chen, was a scientist whose work on light refraction laid the groundwork for Lila's understanding of her powers. Her father, Jian Chen, instilled in her the principles of strategy and discipline from his years in the military. As Lila's powers began to emerge, she struggled to control them, often feeling isolated and misunderstood. However, with the support of her family and rigorous training, she mastered her abilities and decided to use them for the greater good.   BIOGRAPHY Discovery of Powers: Lila's powers first manifested during a school science fair when she accidentally caused a large-scale illusion. This incident led to her parents realizing her potential and starting her on the path of training. Training Period: Under her father's guidance, Lila honed her stealth and combat skills. Her mother provided her with the scientific knowledge to understand and control her illusion casting. First Mission: Lila's first mission was a covert operation to dismantle a human trafficking ring. The success of this mission earned her recognition and paved the way for her future in the Global Defense Network.
