The Fellodori Recognition Act

The enactment of this policy, simply known as the Recognition Act, set a new precedent for what used to be just Black Talaran now going under the name Fellodori. Their huge city of Melmanora finally got recognized as a secondary capital to Tashana, the then capital of the Talaran Empire. This enactment also stretched the borders of the Talaran Empire to taking over half the continent of Talara.

For many Fellodori this is a national holiday and is celebrated viciously as the day of their independence. They call this very simply "Fellodori Independence Day". It's celebrated by marching and festivals being set up in the home city of the Fellodori, Melmonora. Each year, the Talaran Emporer Thandalor Shadoweave joins the festivities.
