The Council consists of a body of magistrates, each representing a major city in Accordia. These esteemed individuals are influential figures within their respective cities, chosen for their wisdom, leadership, and commitment to harmony. The head of this council is the Chief Magistrate, currently held by Ilara Reinhardt of Pridwin, who plays a central role in maintaining the Council's order and steering its policies.
An undercurrent of mystery surrounds the Council, fuelled by whispers of a hidden member known as the Zenith, a figure purportedly from the times of the old coalition. Though officially unacknowledged, this enigmatic figure is rumored to hold significant sway over the Council, adding an intriguing layer to the Council's structure.
Each magistrate, including the Chief, is supported by a staff of advisers, known as castellans, who assist in their duties.
