Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Barbara is petite in every way. She has never done any amount of strenuous activity in her life and it shows.
Facial Features
Her face is smooth and round, almost childlike. She has two tiny little vampire fangs that occasionally peek out from beneath her top lip. Her right eye, once blue, now sparkles a glittery golden color due to her vampirism. She has a thick, jagged scar that tracks from her hairline straight down through her left eye and down to her jaw. Her eye, now blind, is a misty, diluted golden color.
Identifying Characteristics
Her periwinkle hair is a mix of her father's platinum blond and her mother's navy blue. She also has several thick, gauging claw-mark scars that travel the length of her back.
Special abilities
Barbara's voice is both beautiful and powerful. She has what is called an "empath mutation" which allows her to psychically read people when they sing. It also allows her to emotionally manipulate people with her voice. After becoming a vampire, this trait has only been bolstered.
Apparel & Accessories
She dresses rather conservatively and wears little jewelry. Her favorite colors are blue and purple, and it shows in her wardrobe, which ranges from simple blouses with pleated skirts to frilly dresses.

Personal history
Barbara is the second child of Nathan and Rylee Belle, with her older brother Ken being her best friend for the majority of her life. When she was little, she never even left Haven, but as she got older she was allowed to enter Krass for shopping purposes. It wasn't until she was an adult that she entered Brass, but she has never left the city. This isolation has led her to long for the outside world, but she knows her parents would disapprove. They have always wanted her to take over their real estate empire alongside her brother. She was recently turned into a vampire by Marco Yotsuturi after he discovered her part in the heist on the Yotsuturi Manor.
Sexuality
She prefers men, but has had a girl crush or two in her day. Has only had one sexual partner, and even with him, she is still pretty shy about the whole thing.
Education
Private tutored since the age of six, Barbara has a well-rounded education, but is especially well-versed in business and economics.
Employment
She's never had a full-time job, but has shadowed her parents at their job. She sometimes very subtly hums to herself to manipulate people's emotions into being more receptive to dealing with her parents.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Barbara views her voice as her crowning achievement. She worked hard from childhood, and discovered her hypnotic ability slowly over time.
Failures & Embarrassments
Try as she might, Barbara cannot dance. She loves twirling about and can keep tempo real well in her head, but falls down more often than not when she tries it without a partner to steady her. She simply has no balance or coordination.
Mental Trauma
When Barbara was 16, she fell for a guy whom she dated for almost two years before he swindled her out of a large sum of money and skipped town. Now she insists on hearing people sing before she can get close to them. More recently, Barbara was mauled by her current boyfriend when he involuntarily transformed into a werewolf and attacked her. She has had significant trouble getting through the PTSD this caused.
Intellectual Characteristics
Even without using her empath mutation, she has an uncanny ability to read people. She also has excellent business sense and can draw up a mean contract.

Barbara resents her parents to some degree. She feels like their real estate manipulation is morally grey. As far as sheltered rich people go, she has a clean set of morals. She abhors the slavery that runs the city and longs for a society without so much wealth inequality.
