Tarnax II

Approximately 100,000 years ago, the Alien: Skrull throneworld was relocated from Skullros the Skrull homeworld to Tarnax IV. Which remained the centre of the empire until its destruction at the hands of Galactus.

The star system was also the origin of the Super-Skrull program. The original Super-Skrull received his powers at Tarnax IV, the base of operations of the scientist who was in charge of making him into Super-Skrull. Per the orders of Emperor Dorrek VII the Super-Skrull program was relocated to Tarnax X where the Royal Priest of the Sciences Dro'ge perfected the process of creating Super-Skrulls. Upon Quenn Veranke's return from exile, Tarnax X also became the base of operations of the Dard'van Sect.

After the defeat of the Builders and liberation of Earth 530 from Mors by the Galactic Council and the Marvels, the Skrull warlords who had united under warlord Kl'rt the Super-Skrull, made him their emperor. He then established Tarnax II as the new throne world of the re-established Skrull Empire. It was the home of Mt'nox the greatest Skrull sorcerer in history. A new Skrull civilization was established on the world, one which did not require housing or vehicles. Any Skrull that needed protection from the elements could transform itself and if a Skrull needed to get from point A to point B it could transform into a shape that let it fly like a bird or run like a mammal.

Mr. Crowley was brought to the planet by Kaana to meet Mt'Nox. He discovered one of the Infinity Stones, the time gem was on the planet, brought to it by Kl'rt who gave it to Mt'Nox to decipher its secrets. Mr. Crowley with Kanna's help attacked Mt'Nox, stole the gem, and battled Emperor Kl'rt. During the fighting Mt'Nox was killed by friendly fire (Kl'rt) after which the two defeated Kl'rt and left the planet with the gem.

In recent times with the disappearance of Emperor Kl'rt the ruling council decreed that Kl'rt's eldest child, his daughter T'sha, should be crowned as the Skrulls' Empress. Her coronation, a grand affair taking several Earth weeks, took place on Tarnax II with dignitaries, diplomats, subjects, friends, and even old enemies such as the Fabulous Four, Alien: Kree, and the Marvels in attendance.
