Consecution of Colours

In the Consecution of Colours (The Outer Planes) the laws of the physical world fall away, revealing a landscape of colourful abstractions. The air, the land, the trees and all the material in these dimensions appears to be composed of mystic radiant essences. Unlike those of the Inner Planes, the residents of the Outer Planes are not generally connected to or concerned with what happens in Earth 530's dimension.

The term "Outer Planes" was also used to engulf the planes past Earth 530's dimension, including the Dark Dimension, the Celestial Concordance, the Consecution of Colours (such as the Purple Dimension), Limbo, the Sixth Dimension, and the realms of Dagoth and Umar. They were also called "Outer Realms" and "Outer Dimensions".
