Selection of the Second Archdruid

After the death of the first archdruid the Holy Order of Druids was plunged into a chaotic state no leadership. This lasted for a full year where no one knew who to listen to and how to organize things.

For the first year after the death of the first archdruid many members simply did not know what to do. There had never been any hierarchy within the order and many of the druidic circles that joined when the order was created it was created several hundred years earlier had also given up on having any kind of hierarchy.   Although some members of the order wanted to go back to reformer their former independent druidic circles, nearly all members agreed via a conference held magically across E'ath that splitting up in the middle of a war would be disastrous. It was however agreed that some amount of hierarchy was necessary and a meeting was held.   This meeting lasted for almost 5 years as many members of the order vied for the position and had many ideas what to do. In the end the final candidate ended up being a human who had showed willingness to act far more quickly than his elven counterparts and like that the second archdruid was chosen.
