The Fifth Archdruid Takes Over

After the death of Zemos and the following catastrophe that enveloped the land, the fourth archdruid was no longer able to hold onto power. As such he quickly stepped down and allowed for a new archdruid. As a way of reconciliation, the new archdruid was chosen with input from the gods.

After the death of Zemos, many druids in the order stopped following orders and refused to do any work. As such the whole order was on the brink of collapse until the fourth archdruid stepped down. In his place, a new archdruid was chosen. Along the lines of the input they had solicited from the gods, this new archdruid was a student under the fourth archdruid, although with many different ideals.   No one is quite sure how they managed to patch things over with the gods as quickly as they did, but many scholars believe that both sides wanted to avoid another catastrophe.
