Prophecy of the Release of the Great Evil

After the death of the great evil many demi-gods began practicing their powers without the pressure of needing to defend the world. During one such practice, Sigrund Jormkin tried to predict further into the future than she had done before. What she saw was the great evil would once again be released as its tomb would crack. While the gods wanted to silence news of the prophecy, the demi-god did not want that, believing that the mortals had a right to know.

Upon learning the news of the prophecy, the Holy Order of Druids was in turmoil. Calls were made to do something, but no one was sure exactly what needed to be done as the prophecy was imprecise about how and when.   Many theories were made on it but in the end, it was the gods that acted on the prophecy first. They decided that if the great evil were to rise again the mortals had to be ready. To do this they decided that the Celestial Column had to once again be found and restored. It would then be used to train and strengthen mortals in preparation for the great evil.
