Du'mor

Originally a dwarven settlement this small town has since become a gathering spot for those living in the Refuge Woods to seek protection against curses and ailments. While there still is a decent amount of dwarves in the town more than half of the inhabitants are of other ancestries and more arrive every year. The inhabitants generally welcome anyone and take great care in settling newcomers, especially if they are afflicted with curses or other ailments.   Besides the inhabitant few people arrive here since no trade route goes through here and most people traveling north do so by ship. As such the town mostly survives on farming and foraging in the forest there are however a few researchers that try to study the phenomenon of people living here seemingly ignore their previous curses and illnesses.   Recently there has been an influx of dwarves moving into the town without any symptoms or signs of curses. While these dwarves have been accepted on equal terms as everyone else, some have begun to argue that most of them often travel to Du'gar likely to make profit of whatever keeps curses away from the town. While not necessarily nefarious many members of the town believe it to be a divine miracle and prefer not to use it for profit out of fear that the gods might take the blessing away.
