Gift of Power

Power is how some people can do supernatural, abnormal things. Ones with power can cast spells, manipulate elements, or take control of someone. The Kashen Grirdia and the Overseer are the ones who decide who gets what power. Kashen Grirdia divides the power, and the Overseer decides who gets it, and who doesn't.    not everyone is born with power, though it can be granted later in life. There is no known reson why some get power, and others don't. There is not really any pattern, but it has been shown that those with power tend to be more selfless and kind rather than self-centered and mean.
