Carnika
The Carnikan Empire is one of the most feared forces of the East. The city of Carnika is where these fierce people live, nearly uninfluenced by outsiders. Due to Carnika's location, hidden behind the Eastern Gate, the empire has come to be known as completely unconquerable. That is not to say that other kingdoms are not aware of Carnika's presence, they most certainly are. This means that due to the almost impassable mountains of the Eastern Gate, a counter-invasion of any sort would become lost in the mountains and open to ambush from Carnikan warriors. Carnika holds itself with pride for its military cunning and strategic foresight.
Government
Carnika is ruled by an emperor who oversees all matters in his city. Around him are his advisors who act as his friends and governmental associates. No citizens in Carnika may openly criticize the emperor, lest they wish to be publicly executed.
There is a member of the counsel of Daaself who hails from Carnika. This individual operates in spite of the emperor's knowledge. This individual carries information of the counsel's decisions to the royal advisors who then use their connection to the emperor to influence his decisions.
Architecture
Carnika usually has its architecture low to the ground. There are not many tall buildings the exception of walls. Important political or religious buildings are constructed with pillars made of white stone. The streets of Carnika are fabulously made and can last thousands of years,
