Yıskan

Yıskan was a constitutional monarchy in southern Teshoya. Often called the "country of exiles," Yıskan held within its borders a large population of refugees from Ridbha.

During the Last War, Yıskan joined the war on the side of the Humanist League, hoping to end Halaran expansion across southern Teshoya. Khahlanong Hlusa Mfa sent troops to support Yıskan's defense, but in 1348 CE, Yıskan's government abdicated to Halar.
