Vokh
The Vokhan Federation is a Fazwan tribal republic in southeastern Umbrak. Due to its proximity to Khahlanong Hlusa Mfa, it has been heavily influenced by the empire, culturally but also directly. Vokh is host to a bevy of Khahlanong political and military advisors. It and Chayingwu are the only regional states powerful enough to truly challenge the Fazwan State.
Prior to the Revolts of 1306, the Vokhan Federation was led by a monarch, but a revolution unseated the monarch, and they were replaced with a council of elected representatives from each of the Fazwan tribes within the state.
