Chayingwu
The Kingdom of Chayingwu is a consitutional monarchy in southwestern Umbrak. In 1174, part of the Wellspring of Nations, a group of Chayingwu nobles kidnapped the monarch and forced him to sign a constitution empowering the Assembly of Ministers and placing limits on the power of the monarch. Unlike many transitions from absolute monarchism to constitutional monarchism, this process remained relatively bloodless.
