Katrarches Stomma
The Katrarches Stomma were an organization established by Stomma Pelaga the Fourth to enforce the stomma's rule within the armies of their vassals. They had a great deal of autonomy within Kaisa to interpret law and dispense justice, and eventually, they were reformed into the modern-day Etnofroura.
