Kaisan National Police
The Eikna Astymia are the civil law enforcement organization of Kaisa. They handle most of the functions of "public safety" and law enforcement in Kaisan urban centers. "Political" crimes and internal threats to the Kaisan state are handled by the Etnofroura.
Notoriously corrupt and disorganized, the National Police rarely put effort into investigating anything but the easiest crimes. Most murders go unsolved, unless the victim was wealthy or powerful in some way. However, they will happily brutalize anyone caught stealing or trespassing.
