Constantin Sotiriou is the patriarch of the Sinagou family of O'Katakomikos of Kaisa.
he is known as a clever and strategically-minded man that has expanded the Sinagou family into the center of power within the Ridbhan criminal circles of Kaisa.
Despite being the descendant of Ridbhan refugees, he is perfectly willing to deal with those who villify Ridbhans, including echelarist elements, though he has no ideological commitment to their cause whatsoever. Constantin Sinagou's only loyalty is to himself and his family.
