Cleutarans
The Cleutarans are an ethnic group originating from the Cleutaran Plateau of east-central Jideran. Most Cleutarans are peasants or smallholders, and there is a small but growing nationalist movement among them, focused primarily on achieving some level of autonomy within the Republic of Kaisa.
