Balan Model 17
The Balan Sablo 17 is one of the most popular mass-produced vehicles across Duurn. It has a simple and rugged design, primarily running on diesel. It is capable of handling the rough dirt roads which are common in rural areas of northern Jideran and is often used as a working vehicle, with conversion kits available to turn it into a tractor.
With one wheel removed to drive a belt, it serves as a mobile power generator for agricultural machinery. Some are even made into railcars or fitted with tracks or skis.
