Authority: Final cross-division authority within a theater: assigns Hunts/Companies/Circles, enforces Accords, and issues writs that bind local Field Wardens and treaty partners.
Duties: Reads Rift patterns across the region, arbitrates resource conflicts between branches, liaises with rulers and allied orders, and reports directly to the High Command structure.
Attainment: Selected from Senior Wardens and confirmed by High-Warden + Conclave consensus after tribunal review.
Mark: Crimson-edged mantle clasp; personal wax seal for regional writs.
Typical Demand: “Clear the road, surrender the relic, or we declare a perimeter.”
