How did the return of the Storm Serpent Glengosh bring about the Festival of the Serpent? The Cult of Glengosh lead by Bryan Tïr goes public in Elthing funded by VCs. Bryan was a local friendly baker, secretly cult member of Glengosh. He was aided by Viktor, a stay at home dad running errands who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Keya Tïr - Elf Bard whose songs became canonized as the foundations of the festival celebrations.
