  What most outsiders do not know is that the Archons are only the figureheads the public sees. The ture Archons are a select core of members scattered throughout the organization at all levels. These hidden archons are the authority, administration and shot-callers of the majority of important matters with the Academy and the City itself. Being both a distrubuted body unencumbered by day-to-day politics carrys a level of didcated attention for achiveing goals unparralled in most organizations. No wasted time in hours of meetings or practising lips service to reports or higher ups. Public archos receive instructions, updates and information at varied times of the days. It is also frowned on to ask or inquire about the posibility of who is an hidden archon.
