Artist: James McCauley
James “LessThanPi” McCauley has been part of the Renown story since the early days. I (Drew) first met James through the Smash Bros. community and was glad to bring him onto the project when we started looking for artists. His work on Renown characters and quests carries the same energy he puts into all his art: clean, expressive, and focused on capturing character in a way that feels alive.
Outside of Renown, James is building his own project, Middle School Class Rep: The Card Game, which is currently available as a print-to-play release. The game captures his sense of humor and love for expressive characters, and he’s growing a community around it. You can join the Discord to play and keep up with the development.
