The enforcers of her will
After her intial rampage throughout London and other parts of the isles, the burning inequity slowed down. Using her influence over red dragonborn - she summoned them to her lair and then formed her army - her treasurers.
The current leader of the treasurers - Jaspar Spinel - is one of the few dragonborn who can throw off the influence of their progenitor type but none the less still found his way to London.
The treasurers are the tyrant's eyes, ears, voice and hands - to enforce her will across the isles supported by lesser slave dragons that the tyrant freed from the illithid.
Feared and loathed in equal measure, the main duty of the treasurers is to collect and enforce the tyrant's tax.
They are also London's police force for although the city is a burning hellscape, people do still live there.
Identified by the red symbol on their armor - the treasurers are a force to be reckoned with.
