Elusive and never seen - Otrava is a mystery, even to the other dragonlords earning her the nickname of 'the silent'.
Seen only at the first conclave - where records confirm she is a green dragoness and a sorceress of some power.
Rumours abound about her and as Liverpool is almost inhospitable to most mortals no one knows much about her.
