To live in Malixaurian's territory is to live in an area that is free of visible crime.
It is however at a price. Malixaurian is a tyrant - of justice. His rules and will are absoloute and rigid and if you break any one of the codes then you will face the penalty - which can be from a literal slap on the wrist, a fine or all the way up to being devoured by Malixaurian himself.
A lot of the regions inhabitants are retired from service iron brigadeers as they see Malixaurian as an ally of sorts and indeed Malixaurian and The brigade of Iron work closely together as they have similarly brutal and utlitarian goals.
Outsiders should be wary too - somehow Malixaurian has bound the entirety of his domain in a geas of truth spell and forces delivery of 'the law scroll' to all new entrents to his land, so there are 'no excuses' for ignorance.
