The tarnished one
Cyprius, even by dragon standards is old. A copper dragon, his age is evident by the fact most his body is now a patina of green tarnish and more than once he has been mistaken for a green dragon from a distance.
Cyprius, however is not of sound mind.
Nobody is quite sure how it happened - some think a skaven device gone wrong, others that it was an attempt at slavery from the mind flayers, whilst others whisper that it is simply his age and that his mind begins to crumble with age.
Fortunately, Cyprius spends most of his time sleeping and the day to day affairs are handled by his retinue of copper dragonborn. However all fear when he wakes, as nobody can quite predict what will happen when he does...
