The card shark
Chesh is unlike other black dragons. Lacking horns and the sadistic nature of other black dragons, Chesh is a talker, a wheeler and a dealer - it was what led to him working with The Lysander family and investing in Mariann Lysander in particular.
His gamble paid off - the Lysander shops and tech made Manchester into the city it is today - provding Chesh and his associates with an endless supply of people to swindle out of.
Charming but dangerous, Chesh spends a lot of his time in humanoid form - mingling with his city and associates.
But don't let the charm fool you - Chesh, like all the dragonlords is dangerous and wily.
The House of Chance:
